  2. SEBI SCORES 2.0: If you are not satisfied with the resolution or the grievance remains unresolved, lodge the complaint through the official SCORES portal and follow its review process.
  3. Online Dispute Resolution: Where applicable, use SMART ODR for online conciliation/arbitration in accordance with the applicable framework.

Do not email a complaint to SEBI as a substitute for lodging it on SCORES; use the official portal.
